What happens to my page after November 30th?
No donations will be processed through everydayhero after November 30th. To continue fundraising, you will need to create a page on JustGiving.com.
What if I am fundraising on everydayhero right now, what should I do?
If you are fundraising at the moment, keep going! Your page will be able to receive donations until November 30th and donations made up until that date will be paid over the charity as usual.
If you expect to receive donations after November 30th, we recommend you create a new fundraising page on JustGiving. Because donor names and amounts from everydayhero will not carry over to your new page, we recommend you enter an offline amount for the total sum raised on your everydayhero page.
How do I create a page on JustGiving?
Setting up a page is quick and easy. Visit JustGiving.com and click 'Start Fundraising' to get started.
Will my existing everydayhero page redirect to my new one?
Unfortunately not, we recommend you email your friends and family a link to your new page, as well as share it on social media.
What happens if I’ve already shared my donation link?
After November 30, 2020 if people click on your link, they will get an error message. Make sure you create your JustGiving page and share it everywhere that you’ve already shared your everydayhero link so your donors can continue to give.
Can I access my page reports after November 30th?
You will be able to login to your account until December 18, 2020. After that you will no longer be able to retrieve information from your everydayhero account.
