I need to change my email address because I can't receive team invites


If you can't send or receive team invites due to an email address with restrictive account settings (such as a .gsi.gov or .ac.uk email address) you'll need to change your everydayhero account email to a personal email address (normally managed by hotmail.com or gmail.com)

  1. Head to everydayhero.co.uk in your browser
  2. Login using your everydayhero account details
  3. Click on your name at the top right hand side and select 'account'
  4. Click on the lock at the right hand side of your email to make changes
  5. Save changes when you are finished
