If you can't send or receive team invites due to an email address with restrictive account settings (such as a .gsi.gov or .ac.uk email address) you'll need to change your everydayhero account email to a personal email address (normally managed by hotmail.com or gmail.com)
- Head to everydayhero.co.uk in your browser
- Login using your everydayhero account details
- Click on your name at the top right hand side and select 'account'
- Click on the lock at the right hand side of your email to make changes
- Save changes when you are finished
