[Video] I need to change my email address because I can't receive team invites


If you can't send or receive team invites due to an email address with restrictive account settings (such as a .gsi.gov or .ac.uk email address) you'll need to change your everydayhero account email to a personal email address (normally managed by hotmail.com or gmail.com)

  1. Head to everydayhero.co.uk in your browser
  2. Login using your everydayhero account details
  3. Navigate to your dashboard by clicking your name next to the hamburger menu 
  4. Take the following steps in the video below to change your registered email address:
